Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open ViperFrame.
2. Go to Settings → Your account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Send an email to office@axslearning.ro with the subject ViperFrame account deletion, from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your ViperFrame account: name, email address, profile picture, user ID and sign-in dates.
• The link between your account and Premium on our side.

What is kept

• Purchase records and invoices, for as long as Romanian accounting law requires (usually 10 years). They are not used for anything else.
• Your projects, videos and photos are on your device, not with us. Deleting the account does not touch them. Uninstall the app to remove them, keeping what you exported to your gallery.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in the store's subscription settings.
